Milwaukee Summerfest, now in its 45th year, is one of the pioneers in creating festivals that revitalize downtown areas of cities and towns.
Set against the shores of Lake Michigan the festival has grown to attract a million festival fans. Self defined as “The World’s Largest Music Festival”, among this year’s seven hundred bands (!) are veterans Aerosmith, Iron Maiden and Seattle alt rock band Foo Fighters. Don’t miss the reunited Ben Folds Five and post-hardcore We Came as Romans.
