Nicole Borrelli HearnNicole Borrelli Hearn is an artist manager at Opus 3 Artists. Previously, she was the chairwoman of the SITI Company, a theater group in New York.

In this interview she talks about how agents, artists and presenters interact, how to help presenters take risks on new work, and her favorite places to see great music and theater.

Andrew TaylorAndrew Taylor is Director of the Bolz Center for Arts Administration, an MBA degree program and research center in the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. An author, lecturer, and researcher on a broad range of arts management issues, Andrew has also served as a consultant to arts organizations and cultural initiatives throughout the U.S. and Canada. Since July 2003, he has written a popular weblog on the business of arts and culture, “The Artful Manager,” hosted by ArtsJournal.

In this podcast he talks about what we can learn from the Obama campaign, why you should register a Facebook account, and how the current economic crisis will re-prioritize the missions of arts institutions.

Vishakha DesaiVishakha Desai is President and CEO of the Asia Society, a global education organization dedicated to deepening connections among the peoples of Asia and the United States. Dr. Desai has also served as the Asia Society’s Senior Vice President and Director of the Museum and Cultural Programs, and is a scholar of classical Indian art.

In this podcast Dr. Desai talks about the rise of China and India, why we should be skeptical of terms like “authenticity”, and how Barack Obama can lead the education system of this country into the 21st Century.

Nancy CantorNancy Cantor is Chancellor and President of Syracuse University, and Professor of Psychology and Women’s Studies in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Cantor has lectured and written widely on liberal education and the creative campus.
