The masterminds behind the Sweetlife Festival are also the founders of Sweetgreen, a company focusing on simple, healthy and local food. These three former Georgetown students and food lovers took culinary matters into their own hands and now manage multiple dining establishments featuring healthy salads and frozen yogurts.
This week’s recipe takes a cue from Sweetgreen’s menu – Spinach, Pear and Endive Salad. It simply could not be easier to make and is flavorful enough to serve for lunch, or for dinner as an accompaniment to grilled meat.
