| Festival Description | The Wagga Wagga Folk Society Inc. is the organizer of the Uranquity Folk Festival—The longest running 'bush' festival in NSW. Small with lots of sessions and workshops.Uranquinty still has the features of a bush experience, log fires, shared meals, craic, and most importantly it has the support of some very fine musicians who understand the importance of maintaining a vibrant peoples’ culture. The Wagga Wagga Folk Music Society holds the annual folk festival at the little town of Uranquinty, 15 minutes outside Wagga. |
