| Festival Description | Encompassing dance, music, theater, and film, this decade-old festival celebrates the “living art” that has been founded and forged by the multicultural atmosphere of the port city of Marseille. 2,000 artists come from over 30 countries each year to participate in the festivities; in addition to performances in the four main arts areas, events include meetings, public rehearsals, and multimedia expositions. |
