| Festival Description | Located in the Périgord region of France, the town of Sarlat boasts a playful and innovative theater festival that features 20 "rich, eclectic, and diverse" performances, lectures, and "meeting-debates" in which the public can participate. The featured plays are written by artists as classical as Molière and Beaumarchais, along with modern French playwrights and improvisational theater groups. All performances are presented in the open-air. |
