| Festival Description | This annual event has been organised by an amateur puppet theatre in the small southern town of Viljandi since 1997. Its artistic director is Altmar Looris. In addition to Estonian troupes, participants have come from Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Germany and Spain. |
