| Festival Description | The Newport Music Festival (a non-profit association) is part of a tradition in music that has been happening in the Pend Oreille Valley area for over 30 years. We are already looking forward to great year of Acoustic Americana music at the Newport Music Festival with some of the area’s most recognized groups. Here is a preview of some of the groups already signed to perform: Kevin Pace and the Early Edition, who raised the roof on their debut at the INBA Showcase, Big Red Barn with their long awaited CD release “Barn Again”, the antics of Molly & Tenbrooks as well as Kevin Brown who is one of the best Folk/Americana songwriters to come along in years. There are RV & tent spots and plenty of jamming so come to our 3 days of great music and help support community organized entertainment. |
