| Festival Description | The festival seeks out some of the best new and established bands in rock, blues, world music and more… who showcase their talents in a small-scale boutique atmosphere in Derbyshire’s Peak District National Park. The award-winning festival offers its UK Festival Awards stamped Toilets and Grassroots-winning amenities. There are also camping, showers, recyling, food stalls, a bar, merchandise and more. The family-friendly festival has a camping area for Family/Quiet stays, and can accommodate caravans and campervans. Late night jam sessions for those who just can’t settle down will take place. |

Practical Info:
Early bird tickets 2013:
- Tickets for Y Not go on sale on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 7:00pm. This curious shift in time is so all you people stuck in schools and offices, where you can’t take advantage of the earlybird prices, now get a chance… There’s only a limited number, so you will need to be quick.
- Earlybird tickets are £75, after that it’s £79.50

Band applications 2013:
- We have a brand spanking new submission page on the YNF Facebook page where you can upload a song by your own band in Soundcloud or YouTube format. Y Notters can then listen to the music and request an act they would like to see. This is a completely new way to broadcast your music on a fair and open platform. Please note submitting does unfortunately not guarantee a slot and we will update you shortly with how the allocation process works. For now, get uploading!
