| Festival Description | Positivus Festival takes place in the Baltic States and offers a range of programming in music and the arts. An eclectic range of musical genres for festival goers and is considered the largest festival of its kind in the region. The venue, in the coastal town of Salacgriva offers a scenic location in the woods but also near the beach. Positivus Festival 2009 was voted into the finals of UK Festival Awards as the Best Overseas Festival. |
