Beijing International Fringe Festival

The fringe festival features a showcase of theatre, music, dance, comedy, musical theatre — including opera, experimental theatre in a range of productions in numerous venues around Beijing. There will also be workshops to round out the experience that draws young and aspiring actors and directors and peformers. The festival is organized by Meng Jinghui, an avant-garde theatre director whose aim is to encourage and support cutting edge work in China by bringing together international artists to learn and share from each other’s work.
