| Festival Description | The Santa Clarita Jazz Festival is proud to support local charities. The festival will be held on the majestic grounds of the Valencia Country Club in Valencia California. The festival will feature nationally renowned recording artists. This will be an outdoor festival, rain or shine, held on the grounds of the Valencia Country Club. It is located within walking distance from Six Flags Magic Mountain and provides the ideal setting for this fabulous day of jazz and dining. Unfortunately, to preserve the integrity of the event and its sponsors, no outside food or beverages will be permitted. |

- The progressive rock group, Ambrosia formed in Southern California in 1970 and has engendered a following of devoted fans since that time despite the band having taken a more than a 30 year hiatus. Three of the original group — Burleigh Drummond, Joe Puerta, and Christopoher North minus former frontman David Pack have returned to performing and making music that include their hits “You’re The Only Woman” and Biggest Part of Me” that earned them Grammy nominations. Ambrosia’s talented bandmates are on tour and the die-hard fans are having their memories refreshed as to why the melodies and skillful arragnements grabbed their attention in the first place.
