| Festival Description | The Harlem Arts Festival features a multi-disciplinary arts festival festival with a range of programming that includes local musicians, dance, visual arts, theater, discussion forums, an open-mic night, activities for children and families, workshops with local companies, and much more! The inaugural edition of the annual arts festival will begin June 2012. The Festival is free and open to the public — taking place at Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem. The festival is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the local residents of Harlem and the broader community of New York City with free art presentations during the spring and summer for people of all ages and interests. |
