| Festival Description | When it comes to circus arts Montréal has garnered a worldwide reputation as a center of cutting edge creativity in the field. The area has a number of acrobatic troupes who have developed around this base. The festival features its Quebec-based artists as well as an international field of performers. Audiences expect to see outstanding and daring shows of tight rope walkers, aerialists, contortionists, human cannonballs and more… La TOHU gathers the largest and most capable performers from around the globe since 2004. The cultural center offers production and training in the circus arts results in far-reaching influence in the international stage. |
