| Festival Description | Visitors can enjoy a pre-configured programme of events in addition everyone is also invited to be part of the cultural mega event. Be it in a folk dance performance, a national choir, in the Grand Guitar Ensemble for Peace or during the unique yoga performance, the aptly named sun salutation that will be performed in the middle of the Berlin Olympiastadion to musically accompanied choreography. Besides a unique programme with music, dance, dialogue and encounters, senior governmental representatives, business leaders, academia, NGO leaders, religious and spiritual leaders, peacemakers and renowned personalities from across the globe will exchange their views and spread the message of peace, unity and harmony in diversity in a bid to promote peace and cultural togetherness. The World Culture Festival will conclude with a unique peace meditation and a peace prayer, bringing together representatives from different traditions to spread the message of peace and intercultural harmony. |

Festival Story:
Organized by the international Art of Living Foundation, a UN accredited humanitarian NGO promoting peace and human values through social and educational programmes. The Art of Living Foundation was founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and is active in 151 countries. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a spiritual Hindu leader and peace ambassador.
