Festival Description	The inaugural edition of the Nelson Mandela Bay International Music Festival takes place in 2011 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. The programming features world renowned headliners and showcases regional acts from Port Elizabeth and Eastern Cape. The lineup includes a diverse range of artists — folk, jazz, rock and more. To round out the programming there will be workshops, master classes, and free and ticketed concerts.
