| Festival Description | The annual Wake Up the Earth Festival began in 1979 and continues to serve as a celebration of people and community. WUTE takes place annually on the first Saturday in May and attracts all ages and interests with a program of music, theatre and dance performances, There is a Youth Stage, and Storytelling that will appeal to all ages. In addition there are crafts and food vendors, and non-profit booths. You can expect some nice surprises each year that may include: puppetry, side shows, live bands, dancers, acoustic performers, parades and more… |
