| Festival Description | Fresno’s fringe festival — Rogue Festival features an eclectic mix of artists in dance, theater and music. The performing artists include international, national and local individuals who range from well versed fringe professionals to those giving performance its first try. There is an emphasis on small-scale performances but anything of any size is an option. The main thing to remember is — expect the unexpected! |
