| Festival Description | The Scottish heritage and culture festival features traditional music, dance, tartan kilt wearers, games, pipers and pipe bands, ceilidhs, merchants, foods and more. The one day festival takes place at Grace Presbyterian Church in Panama City. Enjoy fiddle, guitar, and harp music, games of strength and balance, taste the foods and popular beverages of Scotland, Celtic dancers, and exhibits to name a few. |
