| Festival Description | The jazz festival features local and international musicians at the Dona Paula International Centre, in Panaji. In addition to the performances there will also be panel discussions held regarding environmental issues. The performers will include jazz artists from Panaji, The Netherlands with the aim of festival organizers to make Panaji and Amersfoot twin cities. |
