The Musikfest Erzgebirge bridges between the rich musical traditions of the Erzgebirge region and today’s fascinating interpretations. The artistic director, Hans-Christoph Rademann, himself, stands for this combination of regional roots and artistic achievements of international importance which is one of the main objectives of the new festival. The programming features 10 concerts in 10 different places — will offer 10 extraordinary musical experiences — not over the hills and far away but in the middle of Europe. The Musikfest Erzgebirge offers artistic delights combining landscape, architecture and music.
