| Festival Description | The festival is open to Children & Youth Orchestras, Choruses, Chamber music ensembles & and soloist prodigy infant performers. “Iguazú in Concert” was created harmoniously to harness the cultural and tourist resources of the region, fusing the natural beauty of the area with the musical talent of children and young people. Under the artistic direction, of Professor Andrea Merenzon, the orchestras will perform individual concerts in seven five star hotels in of the City of Iguazú Port and a concert in Binational the Itaipú dam in Foz de Iguacu. Each will interpret a program that includes works of the universal classic repertoire, as well as their national folklore. The festival will conclude with a great concert in which all the invited orchestras and choirs (700 kids) will act jointly forming the great closing of the festival, within the National Park Iguazú.
