Singing ONE Festival (Ühtelaulmine Festival)

Estonia has established itself around the world as a leader in internet technology and its love of singing. Combining the two fortes seems like a no-brainer for the organizers of the festival. The first-ever digital song festival has been born. Simply put, festival attendees can take part in the festival by registering at the festival web site and then join their friends and family for viewing via the internet, television transmissions at selected locations in Estonia, or at the main hub location in Poltsamaa offering an open-air big screen. Participants join in to with ofther “festival-goers” to sing traditional patriotic Estonian songs in celebration of Estonia’s independence.
