| Festival Description | The annual festival in downtown Scranton has taken place since 2004. The jazz and blues programming includes performance at downtown establishments and a jazz walk as well as a Sunday brunch. Artists include regional, national and international performers. In addition to the performances, the organizers also provide an educational component to the programming where students from the surrounding area are selected to have the opportunity to learn the art form from the participating artists. |
