At booth L32 you can find out about the current dance productions from choreographers Helge Letonja, Augusto Jaramillo Pineda, Günther Grollitsch, as well as the project tanzbar_bremen. We will introduce you to our current touring repertory, offer you a glimpse into the company’s creative process, and fill you in on our upcoming plans. Learn more about our newest productions like THE DRIFT which was co-produced with the Canadian company Montréal Danse and the Ludwigshafener Theater in Pfalzbau, Germany. The Drift was choreographed by Helge Letonja, with music from Kunsu Shim and Gerhard Stäbler, as well as video images from Kyungwoo Chun. It is a dance piece centered on migration that Leonore Welzin from tanznetz.de described as: “Away with subsistent survival, away with decorative accesories, away with the smallmindedness of the independent scene and their ironic skirmishes, thanks to their exemplary networked production structure, …with “The Drift,“ Helge Letonja’s ensemble steptext succeeds in taking a quantum leap into the center of culture asking relevant questions about society, that gives us courage and trust in the future.“ Let yourself be carried away by the energy and passion of Augusto Jaramillo Pinedas, who searches for the divine in humans and the humanity in gods in his solo ADONAI which explores the different concepts of faith. The soldout performances confirm what the taz newspaper wrote, “a highly entertaining evening. And that is saying a great deal“. Drop by our stand for an authentic German coffee from Bremen and get acquainted with our work. - Performance

We will be reporting on our progress and giving a sneak preview at the Dance Fair. - For more information
