Festival Description	The Stockton Weekender (formerly the Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival) emerged in the early 90s as a grassroots festival organized by local artist seeking a free and open forum and venue for musicians and comedians to gain exposure of their talents. The festival organizers are especially supportive of local artists over the three day event but have come to embrace established acts that include Calvin Harris and the Human League… among others.
