| Festival Description | Gustav Kuhn is the leading force behind the Erl Tyrolean Festival in Austria. The alpine village of Erl is a lovely setting for a classical music and opera festival — and is located approximately one hours drive from Munich and Salzburg. The festival takes place biannually — in the winter and in the summer at the Tiroler Festspiele Erl, a beautiful modernized space-age performance space in Erl’s countryside setting.
