| Festival Description | International festival of student theatre and multimedia Test!, in organization of student NVO: Test! - Theatre to students, has existed since 2000, when it started it’s 8 year old path as a summary of Croatian student theatre. In the meantime, the festival upgraded to international project, unique of this tipe—directed towards the student population, and during these years hosted numerous young artists and exchanges between most of the European countries. As a member of world student theatre organization AITU/IUTA, Test! affirms and promotes creative potentials of young artists in a non-competitive, thought-provoking atmosphere. It does this by initiating, affirming and helping exchange oriented projects, meetings of art academys and independent initiatives and by organizing inspiring workshops. The Festival brings together European and Croatian theatre, dance, performans, and lately music and multimedia groups and authors whom are at the beginning of their creative development—often university troups and art academys presenting their work. Since 2004 the performing arts program has integrated a multimedia program with developed works of a visual and conceptual nature bringing together young artists and students of acoustic and visual arts. Test! again demonstrates to the Croatian public the ‘creative potentials’ of the states largest potential—young people. |

Conference 2008:
- Regional Conference: “Theatre at the universities in SEE: founding a Regional Centre of IUTA”, Zagreb, Croatia, January 23 - 27, 2008. Hosted and organized by Students organisation “Test! – Theatre to Students”
- The Conference is focused on exchanging experiences in activities between students, theatrical and artistic creators—amateurs and professionals—but at the same time we will try to establish foundation for Regional Centre IUTA intended for delivering information and giving support. - There will be two working themes on the conference: Artists in Residence, and IUTA SEE Regional Centre
- The Conference is open to all theatre practitioners who work with university students and theoreticians of theatre/art/media at the universities including: theatre theoreticians, art historians, sociologists, film and media schools, university students and anyone interested in the development of contemporary art and culture among students on our universities.
