| Festival Description | 8th NAJ, NAJ, NAJ FESTIVAL, Zagreb—The eight annual Naj, naj, naj Festival (Festival of the best…) is organised by the City Theatre “Žarptica” and was designed as a review of the best Croatian performances of the season. It awards a prize, “Zlatna Žarptica“ (the Golden Phoenix), in about ten categories. This year the Festival expanded to include international participants and the organizers are very proud of and pleased with the reactions of the audience and participants alike. |

Festival Story:
The Naj, Naj, Naj Festival has existed since 2000, and was conceived as an opportunity for children to enjoy cultural events during the Spring Break—the week after Easter. The Festival stages the best Croatian preformances for children, and awards prizes in several categories. This year’s edition, for the first time hosts international companies as well. The entry is free of charge.
