| Festival Description | DrumsForCures presents drumSTRONG, a two-fold experience. This unique charity event encourages and gives focus to the eradication of cancer through awareness, education, funding and survivorship support. The event is held at Misty Meadows Farm near Charlotte, NC. and seeks to obtain the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous rhythm drumming event. Per hour drumming sponsorships raise money for local and national cancer initiatives. People camp and drum for 24+ hours. Through rhythm, drumSTRONG brings together the community and cancer health resources in a festive, uplifting environment. |
