| Festival Description | Summer in Nelson offers a summer-long program of arts and culture that include the Sealord Opera in the Park, and Circus Oz. New Zealand’s opera stars and singers provide a night of fabulous music in a picnic atmosphere with a spectacular fireworks finale. For more than 30 years the contemporary Circus Oz’s program has presented and international line-up of skilled young acrobats and aerialists, comedy acts, live music and gags. The show consists entirely of acts involving people, no animals are included in the performances. |
