| Festival Description | The Chihuahua International Festival is an artistic and cultural festival that takes place in multiple cities throughout Chihuahua. The rich program includes over 400 cultural activities by artists more than 20 countries. Each year a guest country is featured at the Festival, as well as a guest state and municipality. Activities take place both at indoor and outdoor venues. The highlight of the 2008 edition features a performance by Placido Domingo. |
