| Festival Description | The Žuvies akis group cultural institution produces the contemporary art PLArTFORMA, held in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The program includes visual and performing arts featuring artists from Lithuania and foreign countries. PLArTFORMA is a continuation of the 2004 international art festival “SEAS” that was co-organized together with Swedish cultural institution and held in Klaipeda. The aim of the festival is associated with the interpretations of boundary zones. PLArTFORMA ignores traditional bounds of artistic expression through interaction with divergent cultures. The search of new possibilities include the genresw of contemporary theatre, dance, music and visual art. |
