Festival Description	The Lambton County Music Festival began in May 1930 and has run continuously as a competitive music festival. Eight adjudicators are appointed to judge the categories of: Piano, Vocal, Strings, Choral, Bands and Instrumental, Recorder, Action Song and Rhythm Band, Speech Arts, Barbershoppe Choral, and Hand Bell Ringing. Thirty sessions take place at seven venues where performers vie for more than $10,000 in prize money in their categories. The last day of the festival features the Stars of the Festival.
