| Festival Description | The festival program is designed to include three distinct groups of musicians: a small group who create or compose it, a larger group who perform it, and a huge group who listen to it. Each of these groups is vital and can’t function well without the other two. The competitive festival is open to the general public who are encouraged to attend and support the hard working and talented budding musicians. The festival takes place at multiple venues in Owen Sound. |
