| Festival Description | The Centre at Kerikeri is the host of the 2008 BOI—Bay of Islands Arts Festival. An international program runs during March each year. A program of music, stiltdancers, and Jennifer Ward-Lealand, one of the highlighted performers will appear as Marlene Dietrich in “Falling in Love Again”. In addition, Ward-Lealand will perform songs by Cole Porter, Edith Piaf, Frederic Hollander and Pete Seeger. The glamourous show will we be enhanced by beautifully recreated gowns that are remeniscient of those worn my Dietrich. |
