Festival Description

Roma Tango Meeting took place for the first time in June 2008 in Rome. The event is a meeting point for worldwide tango dancers to come together and to share their passion for the art form of dance. There will be four full days of lessons, four afternoon milongas, four milongas in the evening, and live music—and many many people to meet!

  • The festival period includes
    • 4 days of lessons, techniques, theme, performances and milongas!
    • 42 lessons taught by best Maestros
    • Technical Woman
    • 4 technique classes held by teachers of the Festival
    • Performances will be concentrated in the evenings of Friday and Saturday, in this way we will have more time to dance.
  • Exhibitors/Tango Lounge
    • The area welcomes many new exhibitors this year and new friends in the heart of the Festival, an open space where you can dance all day from 3:00pm, drink coffee, tea or just relax.
  • Worldwide Best Maestros and Dancers!
