| Festival Description | Launched in 1999, this annual festival features performances by up to 15 different theatre troupes from Hồ Chí Minh City and the southern provinces of Long An, Đồng Nai, Tây Ninh and Cà Mau. The non-competitive festival seeks to advance the art and set out guidelines for the future of the theatre by facilitating an exchange opinions on the performances presented. |
