| Festival Description | FolkWest celebrated its inaugural edition in 2011. The festival is founded and organized by the Lower Island Folkfest Society — a group of folk music aficionados and business professionals. The programming will include performances, workshops with the mission of a peaceful, eco-friendly event that is family friendly. The festival takes place at Royal Athletic Park. |
