Festival Description	Barrie Waterfront Festival is held on Victoria Day Weekend and features Live Jazz Bands, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Latin, Big Band, Outdoor Entertainment, Street Buskers, a Playzone for the Kids, Fresh Food, a Fireworks Display at Dusk, Contests and Fun for the Whole Family!
