| Festival Description | The “Images” festival develops a theme for the event which gives meaning and focus the festival each year. This festival was launched in 1991 by KIT and has been co-ordinated by The Danish Centre of Culture and Development (DCCD) since 1998. This year, the focus is on the Middle East (covering some 15 countries from Turkey to Morocco) with a massive program of music, dance and theatre, as well as exhibitions, film and local events in 8 cities, all focussing on the contemporary arts of a region that is full of contradictions. |
