Nymagee Outback Music Festival

| Location of Festival | Nymagee, New South Wales, Australia |
| Festival Address Information | Nymagee Outback Music Festival |
| Festival Description | The festival is particularly unique because the site is extremely isolated from general civilisation as we know it. Although it is only on the outskirts of the pretty Nymagee village, the village population numbers are only 35 and the closest services, other than a hotel, small store, police and primary school is 100km away. The Nymagee Outback Music Festival began in 1999 as an annual community festival celebration, combining both a spirit of place with quality music performance, to highlight Australia’s cultural diversity. Due to the rural/bush location, the festival will most likely retain a strong representation of country, folk, bush, bluegrass styles, as well as more contemporary genres. |
