| Festival Description | From August 3-17, 2008, Festival Vancouver presents hundreds of world-renowned musicians performing live in concert in nine top Vancouver concert venues. The 2008 Festival program features orchestral, choral, chamber, jazz, opera, and world music concerts, with a special thematic salute to the music and musicians of the Americas — South, Central and North. Tickets are on sale for all TD Canada Trust Main Stage concerts starting April 19th, 2008 through Ticketmaster 604-280-3311. All other festival concert tickets go on sale June 3 through Ticketmaster.
