| Festival Description | Theater for the New City’s Dream Up Festival celebrated its inaugural edition during the summer of 2010. The festival premieres new theatre works by local, regional, national, and international playwrights. Theatre and performance compannies take part in presenting their previously unproduced work in a suportive atmpsphere. The organizers have selected a highly talented group of individuals to take part in the festival that is offered to a range of audiences at a very affordable rate. Theater for the New City has won numerous OBIE Awards and ASCAP awards as well as a Pulitzer Prize. Come and be inspired! |
