The Canmore artsPeak Arts Festival is a weekend-long festival celebrating the arts in Canmore, Alberta, Canada. Located on the east side of the Canadian Rocky Mountains one hour west of Calgary, the Festival offers festival guests a wonderful and inspiring array of venues and activities to see and experience. artsPeak 2007 will continue to be a multi-venued, multi-disciplinary event with activities centered in the downtown core of Canmore but which will also include activities throughout the town. The Festival features local artists and their works, while at the same time providing an opportunity for audiences to embrace the work of visiting artists.

Confirmed events include the popular and established artWalk, artTour, Art on Main, and Hanging Out Art activities which highlight local visual artists, artFair, which features visual arts work from both local and visiting artists, artStreet, a street performers festival, artWatch for film and video buffs, a number of workshops, lectures and demonstrations which we have branded as artWork,artBites, artLit and artTalk, and, a series of Main Stage musical events. artsPeak 2007 marks the 5th anniversary of this fantastic arts event.
