Festival Description

One of the oldest puppet festivals in Russia traditionally takes place biennially during the second weekend in September. It was founded in 1989 and presents international puppetry groups. In addition, a practically oriented conference takes place in the framework of the festival with the participants andd art theorists coming from diverse parts of the world.
