| Festival Description | The Underage Festival is the World's first strictly 14 to 19 year old music festival. The open-air festival will host 5,000 teenagers at Victoria Park in London. There are no parents or guardians allowed at the festival, rather the organizers will have the event overseen by the local Police and Tower Hamlets, along with the Health and Safety, Child Protection, Environmental Health, and Events & Licensing organizations. Additional information about parental concerns may be found on the web site for the festival. |
