| Festival Description | The WSO Indigenous Festival celebrated its inaugural edition in 2009. The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra builds a rich and diverse program to honor Canada’s indigenous folk music with invited guest countries from around the world. The cultural festival of traditional music will be rounded out with the opening and closing events performed by the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. In addition to the music program there will also be indigenous dance performances will enrich the festival experience! |
