| Festival Description | Most Namibians have a music-making tradition—singing, and playing drums, bows, thumb pianos and harps. The Namas also have a tradition of religious singing in four-part harmony. Oruuano, the Namibian Artists’ Union, organizes the Oruuano of Namibia Arts Festival at the Soweto Market, in Katutura (Windhoek). The event involves Namibian artists and musicians. |
