This festival is dedicated to youth, where a majority of the spectacles involve children and in particular some professional troops to serve as the models for the children. The festival of the culture is held each May and lasts six days. “Joucotej” is currently held on several cultural sites throughout the capital. The event accomodates thousands of participants— a hundred local and foreign troops took an active share with this festival of theatre.
